We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at onfoldhelpdesk@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchange requests will be processed subject to inventory availability. Please note that exchanges are limited to the same design type; cross-design exchanges are not permitted.
Onfold offers exchanges for damaged items only, not for design preferences.
