Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
Please note our shipping policies as below:
1) A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.
2) If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
3) However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 8 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.
4) Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
5) As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.
Refund Policy
We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return,
a) The product must be in:
Unused and the same condition as you received it
The original packaging and tags
b) A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
If the product is returned after seven days
If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
If the tags are removed or cut
c) The processing of refunds will occur within 5 days after the order is picked up from your end.
