Delivery Policy

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: G-25/26, LAXMINARAYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK, BRC COMPOUND, UDHNA, SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA- 394210
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICIES

At YB our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
International customers(residing outside India) will receive shipping charges from the support team after placing their order; they'll be contacted via message or call for assistance.*
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


CUSTOMS

Countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the YB warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.

Refund Policy

Our returns and refund policies are as follows -

* FOR ALL PRODUCTS

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. Product should be in its original condition as delivered otherwise we have the right to cancel your return/refund request.

We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Store credit is valid upto 1year from the date of issue.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

* FOR MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS

As all made-to-measure orders are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.

We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product.

If you wish to alter your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.

* ON-SALE PURCHASE

Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
